You must:

• Use your real identity
• Upload your own photos and videos
• Provide honest information

You must NOT:

• Impersonate someone else
• Use fake profiles or stolen content
• Mislead users about who you are

4. No Scams or Fraud

We have zero tolerance for scams.

You must NOT:

• Ask users for money, gifts, or financial help
• Promote investment schemes or trading scams
• Attempt to move conversations off-platform for fraudulent purposes

Any account involved in fraud will be permanently banned.

5. Appropriate Content Only

To keep Loveup safe for everyone:

You must NOT post or share:

• Explicit sexual content or nudity
• Violent or disturbing content
• Content that promotes illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

6. Safety First

Your safety matters.

We encourage you to:

• Use the in-app chat instead of moving too quickly to external platforms
• Avoid sharing personal or financial information
• Meet new people in public places

If something feels wrong, trust your instincts.

7. Reporting & Blocking

Loveup provides tools to protect you:

• Report users who violate these Guidelines
• Block anyone you feel uncomfortable with

Our team reviews reports and takes action where necessary.

8. Enforcement

If you violate these Guidelines, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove your content
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently ban your account

Serious violations may result in immediate removal without notice.

9. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have zero tolerance for:

• Fraud and scams
• Impersonation
• Harassment and abuse
• Exploitation of any kind

10. Updates to Guidelines
